Personalized Mug

Here are some tips to help you can get a great photo from your smartphone, Facebook or Instagram:

  • Choose a clear, well-lit photo
    Natural light works best. Avoid dark photos, heavy shadows, or strong backlighting so facial details are easy to see.
     

  • Make sure the face is visible and not cropped
    The person’s entire face should be clearly visible - avoid sunglasses, hats covering the face, or photos where the face is too small in the frame.
     

  • Use the highest resolution available
    Upload the original photo from your smartphone whenever possible. If using Facebook or Instagram, try to download the highest-quality version of the image.
     

  • Pick a natural expression and angle
    Front-facing photos with a relaxed smile work best. Avoid extreme angles, filters, or overly edited images so the artwork can capture the person accurately.
