Send us the photos
You share photos of the people (or pets) being illustrated. Clear, well-lit photos work best. We'll flag anything that won't translate well before we start.

We illustrate, you approve
Our artists illustrate each portrait. You review a digital proof before anything gets printed. Changes are handled in the revision rounds included in your tier.

Delivery
Portraits are printed and shipped to one address (or multiple, for an additional fee). Tracking provided. We pack them properly - not like your last courier did.

Do all portraits in a bulk order need to be the same style?
No. You can mix styles across the same order. Some companies order team portraits in Cinemagic style and pet portraits for the pet-owning employees in PopToon. It's your order - we'll make it work.
What if a photo we send isn't usable?
We'll tell you before we start illustrating. Common issues are photos where the face is obscured, very low resolution, or heavy filters. We'll ask for a replacement photo rather than guess. We can work with most things - just not complete mysteries.
Can we add a logo or brand element to the portraits?
Yes, for orders of 20+ portraits. We can incorporate a company logo, department name, or custom text element into the illustration or the product design. This is discussed during the quoting process.
Can orders ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, particularly useful for remote teams or client gifting. Multi-address delivery is available at an additional per-address fee. We can handle the logistics spreadsheet if you send us names and addresses.
What's the minimum order for bulk pricing?
Volume pricing starts at 5 portraits. Below that, you're welcome to use the standard shop - the per-unit price difference is small, and the process is identical.
How fast can you turn around a large order?
Standard bulk turnaround is 7–14 business days depending on size and tier. Rush orders are available for Tier 3 and above - get in touch early. We've handled tight deadlines before but prefer not to promise things we can't keep.
