Shipping Policy

Due to the custom nature of our portrait products, it takes a bit of time to personalize and build your order from the moment you place it. 

Shipping Times

Within Singapore: Orders within Singapore typically arrive within 1-2 weeks. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100+ in Singapore only. 
For orders under $100 in Singapore, we charge $8.50 flat rate shipping.

Important to Note:

  • Updates or changes to shipping addresses must be made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Please review your confirmation email and reach out immediately if you need to make a change
     

  • We offer 'skip the line artwork creation'. This shipping option speeds up your artwork creation, as we move your custom mug to the front of the queue for our artists team. It does not speed up the courier's shipping time.
     

  • We are unable to accept requests to swap or edit photos that were previously submitted with an order.
